You would join us in our Lenexa Headquarters Office as an HR Business Partner working on things likePartner with business leaders on an end-to-end human capital strategy and provide input and implement key HR strategies to deliver successful business outcomesBuild and own relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership and coaching with an ability to challenge the leader on people strategies related to key business deliverablesCreate positive change management practices and proactively mitigate risk by adapting to the changes needed to deliver on business needsOwnership of the talent strategy within a Sector to include the state of the talent pipeline, succession and career planning and diversity, equity amp; inclusion strategiesLeveraging your analytical skills through the interpretation of human capital and business data to inform decisions that tie back to business priorities and generate positive organizational health and engagementManage and facilitate effective organizational design, structure, development and leadership coaching that supports growth and drives to cultural alignmentConsult with leaders to create comprehensive strategic workforce plans that are aligned with the business strategies and growth with alignment to the financial planProactively share business knowledge and utilize business driven input to partner on designing a plan with internal clients, and the HR team, to enable the delivery of business focused solutionsDrive projects and initiatives across the organization
