As such, we are seeking a detail-oriented, driven, energetic, efficient, reliable, and highly-organized Office Coordinator to support our growing operational needs. As the Office Coordinator, you will support the entire Operations Team, including the CEO and COO. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will assist Solstice in driving our mission forward as we grow and change. This key role will ensure Solstice’s success by building and implementing processes for event planning including for team socials and in-person offsites, managing company assets (e.g., storage units), assisting with business-critical licenses and registrations, managing access to our various systems and work-tools, and coordinating travel and meeting schedules. The right candidate possesses extraordinary attention to detail and thrives when wearing multiple hats. They are a people person who cares deeply about maintaining a collaborative company culture and achieving superior performance. In this role, you will gain an intimate understanding of what it takes to run a startup, while interacting with every team to keep the operations of our fast-growing business moving forward.Responsibilities:Own all logistical and administrative components across the operational activities of the organizationSchedule and coordinate team meetings, agendas, and presentationsManage Solstice’s office needs amp; assist with coordination of a remote teamPlan and coordinate quarterly team strategic retreats and monthly team social/wellness eventsOrganize meetings and travel arrangements for both the CEO amp; COOKeep current with business registration requirements and file all documentation on timeBe a team player who’s always quick to help the team with any ad hoc responsibilities Maintain positive cultural norms for the organizationAssist on people operations activities as neededResearch projects as needed
