Our team of clinicians provides individualized behavioral and therapeutic support services in the home, school, and community settings.We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who can undertake various HR administrative duties and act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.ResponsibilitiesAssists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.Leads new hire orientation to ensure onboarding process is complete and in compliance with Company guidelines.Ensures proper compliance with local, state and federal employment requirements such as wage and hour, required training including anti-harassment, job descriptions, employee handbook, and other policies.Responsible for all Worker's Compensation. Facilitates claims to ensure proper compliance, control and communication are taking place.Manages the employee lifecycle administration (new hires, changes, updates, LOA and terminations), completion of forms, tracking information including PTO, data entry and record-keeping. Ensure that personnel files and records, including digital/electronic files, are maintained in accordance with all legal requirements.Provides employee relations including progressive counseling, disciplinary action, performance management, and conduct investigations as needed.Oversees benefits administration including broker and vendor maanagemenet, cost analysis, open enrollment. Complete benefits audits and plan testing. Process employment verifications and federal and state agency requests.Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer- employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.Other general and administrative projects as assigned.
