Courage is the human emotion shared among our riders and with us as a brand.The roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance digital copywriter with a focus on social media and ad campaigns to help create compelling and effective copy that drives engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and generates results on Meta and the Google Ad networks. The ideal candidate will also ideally have experience in longer-form content writing.What you’ll be doingWrite engaging and persuasive copy for paid social posts, Google Ads, and other digital platformsUnderstand and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Cowboy products and servicesCollaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure copy is aligned with overall creative and strategic goalsWrite headlines and ad copy that capture attention and generate interestCreate copy for engagement and conversion on various platformsCollaborate with social media and PPC teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platformsIterate to ensure copy meets quality standards and is SEO friendly so the team can continuously test and optimize copy to improve performance and achieve campaign goalsWrite copy that effectively sells our products and services, using simple and on-point language that drives actionTest and optimize compelling call-to-action copy to increase CTRUp-to-date in the latest social media and Google Ads features and best practicesSupport in the writing of longer form articles for a new content hub
