THE FINANCE TEAMLooking after the company’s financial performance and assets, the Finance team oversees all funds going in and out of the business from paying suppliers to planning monthly and annual budgets, as well as managing both our direct and indirect taxation and reporting on business performance. As MATCHESFASHION continues to expand globally, the Finance team is also charged with strategic planning and consulting local experts as we enter new territories. Our team of around 40 people is incredibly dynamic and enjoys coming together for regular events, to grow and learn but also to socialise with each other. We pride ourselves on high performance and partnering with the rest of the business, including the CEO and CFO, to the best of our ability.ROLE: Helping ensure that the Indirect Procurement department provides an excellence focused range of services for stakeholders. The Analyst will contribute to Procurement’s Best in Class vision by delivering effective and customer friendly interactions, proactive support and timely analysis. You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and will have a collaborative approach in understanding their requirements along with offering guidance and support throughout the process.ABOUT YOU: Experience of ProcurementStrong Excel capability ability to develop reports, plans, analysis etcStrong intellect as well as ability to communicate at all levels, support change initiatives and work cross functionally.Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation but also able to follow an agreed way of working.
