You will enable all Primary Care (GP practices) to maximise the value they get from Lantum’s platform, by driving the number of applications they receive helping to ensure that supply matches demand. Primary Care services provide the first point of contact in the healthcare system, acting as the ‘front door’ of the NHS. Primary Care includes general practice, community pharmacy, dental, and optometry (eye health) services, but Lantum has a specific focus on general practices. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new clinician sign-ups, helping to build the network of active locums using Lantum. You will be working closely with the Head of Supply to deliver an acquisition strategy that meets the needs of all practices using Lantum, as well as working with the Client Success team to help drive the performance of our subscribing clients. A core part of the role will be to propose, plan and deliver campaigns across different marketing channels, ensuring we’re recruiting clinicians in the most effective way. RequirementsAbout youHave a proven track record in an acquisition marketing role, with experience in managing and optimising marketing campaigns to achieve maximum impactBe skilled in collecting, analysing and interpreting market and campaign data to inform decisions and drive results, with a focus on CAC and ROI Have a good understanding of various marketing channels and tools, including digital, print, email, incentives and community events/groupsBe highly organised, exceptional attention to detail and enjoy designing and following processes Have excellent communication and collaboration skills in in order to work effectively with cross-functional teamsHave previous experience working within a high growth, SaaS company and/or within the healthcare industry is desirable
