Process and correct carrier billing adjustments resulted from customer orders and returns (including charge backs and improper codes.)Document all customers shipping issues in Salesforce as a case including notes and resolution details.Facilitate necessary address corrections to ensure efficient future shipments.Provide requested reports on carrier invoices.Maintain relationships with carrier representatives in order to provide process improvements.Advise customers on priority shipment delays when necessary.Provide suggestions and solutions on carrier/customer communications leveraging technology to improve service to the customer.Manager and maintain processes and workflows of the above-mentioned tasks with a focus on improving quality and efficiency.
