Even a simple cover letter that lets us know why you think we might be the right place for you to work, helps us to understand who is serious about the position.Location: On Site at Bainbridge Island, WashingtonResponsibilities:Provide administrative support to executives and management team, including scheduling meetings, managing emails and phone calls, and coordinating travel arrangementsOversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies and equipment, organizing meetings and events, and coordinating with building management and vendors as neededAssist with the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up new hire paperwork and orientation materialsManage the agency's finances, including preparing and tracking budgets, reconciling expenses, and processing invoices and paymentsMaintain records and databases, including client and project information, employee files, and financial recordsAssist with client onboarding and offboarding, communication, and documentationHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tactOrganize and manage our administrative needs for our development team, including GitHub, 1Password, and others
