The Driver Success Representative fosters relationships with drivers and small trucking companies, helping them to learn and develop confidence with our platform. This position will work with the operations and engineering teams to create an exceptional education experience for drivers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Guides the customer (driver) through initial onboarding to the system and retention on platformManages up to 100 drivers per repMonitors driver status on filling out required informationSets Automated Outbound Reminders to drivers regarding action needed tasksOnboards drivers from auto-processing and make sure all paperwork is completed in a timely mannerChecks in daily to ensure all paper is completedChecks in with drivers' clients once onboarded for day one, day three, day seven check-ins, and then based on customer satisfactionVisualizes KPIs and comes up with a plan of action to reduce driver churnsEducates drivers on avg income, coaching points, and to maintain high driver morale during periods of low demandMaintains lasting relationships with driver clientsOther duties and special projects as assigned
