As a Project Coordinator, you will manage, execute and deliver projects through to completion.Key duties and responsibilities...Collaborate with the sales team and with customers to determine project specificationsEstablish and manage good relationships with customers Creation of project scope; validating cost, timing, specification, quality, profitability, commercial basis, Negotiate PO’s with external suppliers Manage the scheduling of projects to meet the customer requirement Work with other departments and suppliers to coordinate and assure the availability of the requisite project resources Create and issue work orders to the project supply chain, providers, suppliers, and resources Monitor project performance Ensure that projects are executed in compliance with the systems, and that projects risks and issues are managed and mitigated Manage project closure Manage and maintain project related information, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date Support continuous improvement initiatives
