The VP, Account Management, TV is responsible for overseeing the strategic operations and day-to-day activities of the client service team that supports Extreme Reach’s TV customers.This role will act as the primary driver of world class customer service with regards to TV customers.Job Responsibilities:Provide proactive direction and communication to the team in an efficient and knowledgeable mannerSkilled at navigating change and transformation, able to identify and build a plan to ensure successful implementation of changes, gain buy-in amongst the client service team, and follow through with reinforcement and training to maintain success after implementing changesEnsure client service excellence by attracting, developing and retaining top talent; setting expectations around what client excellence looks like and working with the TV client service leadership team to ensure that the proper processes and channels are in place for team members to successfully provide world class customer serviceMaintain a culture of delighting clients by holding the management team accountable to high performance expectationsEncourage team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients based on knowledge of the ER suite of offerings and understanding of their customers’ business needsWork with Sales to negotiate beneficial and competitive rates and contracts with clientsActively provide input into the development of our products, services, and corporate strategy based on an educated understanding of the ecosystem and competitive landscape, and utilizing client and team feedbackPromote the company’s vision, values to drive team’s work towards strategic objectivesContribute to Extreme Reach’s culture through coaching and leading by exampleBuild a foundation of of trust and respect within team, and cross-functionally across ER Participate in special projects or other duties as assigned by manager
