Sales Team LeadThe Sales Team Lead team works closely with potential salon partners selling our software (Treatwell Pro). The team is responsible for prospecting, selling and helping onboard the new partners with the help of the training team.We’re looking for a Sales Team Lead to manage our high performing sales team selling in the field. Working closely with our Country Manager you will be responsible for helping your team to achieve growth targets and coaching them on best practices.The Sales Team Lead works closely with potential salon partners selling our software. The team is responsible for prospecting, selling and helping onboard the new partners with the help of the training team.Your responsibilities:You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of a team of Sales Executives who acquire hairdressing and beauty salons in Lithuania Actively working with inbound sales and supporting the team with seeking out new sales opportunitiesManaging a team of Sales Executives selling ‘in the field’ to ensure market coverage, pipeline development and sales targets are met/exceededExecuting and testing different strategies for lead generation and sales process through the use of specialised tools and channelsHiring, onboarding and training Sales ExecutivesHelp to fine tune the onboarding process for new team members Developing a high performing Sales team, with a strong focus on coaching and development of individualsCommunicating targets/KPIs and developing plans with individuals to ensure results are deliveredIdentifying key metrics that would identify success within the team and monitor the performance of these metrics.Collaborating with Country Manager and work closely with Account Management Team Lead to ensure alignment and teamwork between the teams
