Position Overview:The AP AR Manager executes the daily financial responsibilities for the company, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, rebate and marketing billing. The position works with customers to ensure that their data and information in the CRM accounts is updated and accurate through ongoing communication. This role reports to the Director of Finance, and supports operations management for the office and may participate in the financial analysis of all aspects of the company.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee and guide processes for the general business operations of NetPlus Alliance, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing for supplier accounts and marketing, financial and payroll reports, and vendor management.Responsible for researching payable and invoice disputes with suppliers and or vendors to ensure accuracy. Active in the collection of all outstanding balances.Assists Finance team in all financial matters related to the company.Act as the liaison to the NetPlus membership for the ongoing collection and accuracy of data, completeness of accounts through verbal, digital and written communication, and the NetPlus Member Portal.Provide support to the business development areas by entering and vetting prospective company leads.Establish a standard with the Salesforce Admin for the collection and upkeep of CRM customer data.Assist business users with reports, charts, analysis, and data upon request.Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, communications.Minimum of two years' finance experience (internships and professional)Knowledge of basic accounting and payroll managementAdvanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Strong project and vendor management skills and experience working with cross functional teams.Excellent written and oral communication skillsOutstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
