They represent the direct connection between our groundbreaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of our satisfied clients.Currently, we are on the lookout for a Client Services Manager for Saudi Arabia that can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.Job Responsibilities:· Developing and implementing client service strategies that will increase sales while providing a positive experience for all customers.· Overseeing the activities of staff to ensure the needs of customers are met and their problems resolved.· Tracking the service accomplishment and Liasoning with finance for billing activities.· Contacting clients regularly to identify their needs, and to ensure they are satisfied with the received product/service.· Developing policies and procedures for the resolution of client complaints and problems.· Overseeing the hiring and training of staff for the department.· Supervising and directing the activities of employees to ensure they comply with acceptable standards and achieve set objectives.· Carrying out service assessments and liaising with other teams to ensure they meet the specifications set by clients.· Preparing and managing budgets in order to achieve set targets and objectives.Requirements· 7+ years prior experience in customer facing roles.· Proven experience in a leadership role is required.· Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers.· Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills.· Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls.· Superior organizational and time management skills· Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly.· Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience.Application closing date: 15 Feb 23Job Specification
