Through working with some of the biggest brands in the world, we’ve built technology that lets our customers see their product innovations and advertising ideas through their consumers’ eyes so they can quickly iterate, optimise, validate and learn increasing their chances of in-market success.Who we're hiring After seeing continued growth, Zappi is scaling and investing in our Strategic Accounts team by adding Strategic Account Directors to partner with our customer success, customer transformation and Enterprise teams to take our strategic customers to the next level of insights transformation.What you'll be doing To own and lead Zappi’s relationship across a portfolio of Strategic Customers within the Americas region. To drive significant gains in YoY adoption of Zappi on KPIs including annual revenue, and tool and market adoption. A focus on long term strategic planning ensures our plans are progressing meaningful growth and value for the Customer.Own the commercial partnership at an Americas regional level while maintaining and building relationships with senior players in each buying center as appropriateBe responsible for the delivery of predictable high account growth, high retention, and satisfaction goals.Use your knowledge of the market research space and understanding of customer goals to become a consultative partner for a key set of strategic accounts.Work within your account team to build, map and execute on an account strategy that grows customer spend through new tools, new buyers and new markets.Be responsible for the subscription renewals of existing business units while working to start new strategic relationships within assigned accounts.Connect business-building insights from the Zappi platform with clients' strategic needs to strengthen and grow the relationship.
