You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.You are someone who defaults to action, with the flexibility and self awareness to change course to achieve your goals. You are curious, a life-long learner who’s open to feedback and new ideas, and love experimenting with best practices you learn from peers and other sales professionals. You’re an empathetic, customer-first storyteller, putting yourself in your prospect’s shoes and clearly articulating the value of Zappi, specific to that person. You are a competitive team player and support your team when they need it. Winning together is just as exciting as winning as an individual!What you'll be doing Generate new business opportunities by prospecting outbound leads and nurturing inbound leads through highly effective, omnichannel, hyper personalized campaignsUse outbound selling best practices to identify customer pain points while driving the value of our solutionConsistently learn and apply coaching related to sales strategy and processesStay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developmentsDeeply research and map prospective accounts around organizational structure and people to identify ideal prospecting targets based on Zappi customer personasSupport a team environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, diversity, and continuous improvement
