A successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, bring structure and new ideas that will enhance our organization, help build a positive team environment, and establish working relationships across the organization.You will be responsible for daily support of the CEO, light admin support for 1-2 additional E-team members, and office management and administrative duties. This role will manage the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office, ensuring that they are able to meet all internal and external obligations in a timely and seamless way. Manage the CEO’s calendar and engagement with the leadership team, prioritize time allocation, plan and organize meetings and events, and coordinate domestic and international travel (travel logistics including making reservations for flights, hotels, and transportation).
