In only a few years we’ve managed to acquire a customer base that includes some of the biggest names in business, from KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, Qantas, and more....We’re on to something pretty big - and our small team is about to get bigger.Our product is truly transformational. We give employees the confidence to use everyday tools more effectively, understand theoretical data and financial principles often untaught, and as a result, produce better work (in a shorter time). Companies are also able to easily ascertain Lamp;D RoI by identifying a material difference between pre and post Kubicle training. It’s a win-win, making our product incredibly ‘sticky’ and highly referrable. So, to make the most of current demand, we’re hiring a heavy-hitting sales account manager.The Role:Kubicle is on the hunt for a customer centric, hungry-to-win Enterprise Account Manager to upsell / cross sell into / expand our existing enterprise customer opportunities.We deal mostly with Management Consultancies, Professional Services, and large corporates (Fortune 1,000’s). Because our product focuses on data intelligence - with a financial twist - we often find ourselves selling to corporate finance teams (that’s not to say however that our product is limited to these groups, it’s just where we have the most traction).We’ll be asking the successful candidates to build on the existing relationships we have and expand the existing Kubicle client portfolio. We expect this role to result in a pivotal contribution to Kubicle’s future success story. Importantly, we’re not starting off from a zero-base. We know people love our product and are willing to recommend us -- because they do already!The Ideal Candidate/s:Someone who thrives in the start-up environment. You like solving problems and exploiting opportunities - even though sometimes they might not appear in your job description.Hungry to win and entrepreneurial. We don’t have everything figured out, but there’s a lot of low hanging fruit if you look in the right places.Is a strategic thinker. Winning big will take a multi-threaded approach.You don’t need to have enterprise selling experience, but you do need to display the ability to win big and win fast.
