Then we’re looking for you!With over 1,300 customers, we are looking to grow our Sales Engineering team so that we can continue to grow and refine our product, while simultaneously expanding our customer base. As a Sales Engineer at FMX, you will make a significant impact on driving revenue growth by providing technical support to account executives and account managers during the FMX sales process, as well as helping to determine innovative new solutions that add value to the product through problem spotting during the sales cycle. You'll be working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and collaborative environment, where you will aid interdepartmental communication by serving as a liaison between the product team and other areas within the company. Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective customers Support Account Executives and Account Managers with technical demos involving unique workflows, third party integrations, or other new challengesPartner with sales executives to plan and execute presentations for enterprise dealsParticipate in on-site demonstrations for enterprise accounts (10-20% Travel)Use innovative technology that can be demonstrated during the sales process to drive out additional problem spottingAttend and contribute to weekly and quarterly sales meetings and customer success meetingsDevelop trusted relationships with prospects, leveraging knowledge of their business requirements to understand the business needs driving changes to the productAttend and contribute to development daily standups and quarterly strategy sessionsCollect and document competitive intelligenceEffectively communicate client and prospect needs to the product team for future product enhancementsOrganize themes and trends stated by the prospects during the sales cycle and effectively communicate with the executive and product team
