The Director of Inside Sales is responsible for the long-term growth and success of DAOU’s Business-to-Business (B2B) sales channel. This role requires skills in both generating leads, pitching, and closing deals with Private Clients and Corporations. The Inside Sales channel is a direct channel and operates outside of the 3-Tiered system.Position ResponsibilitiesIn-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods.Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.Five+ years’ experience in CRM.Sales Planning amp; Analysis.Responsible for developing and implementing a sales plan to meet and exceed company revenue and profitability goals.Develops and executes the sales plan to drive revenue for the company.Works closely with other executives to drive the strategic direction and resource allocation for the company.Monitors and reports daily on sales goals.Works with Marketing to monitor market trends including demand planning, provide regular competitor analysis, and develop print and online promotional materials for the company’s products and services.Collaborates effectively across functional areas to optimize sales processes, lead management, and provide key business insights, specifically related to growth forecasts and evaluation of progress against those forecasts.
