The Accounting Clerk is responsible for performing routine accounting activities such as basic accounts payable/receivable duties, data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, filing, and scanning.Duties and Responsibilities:Cash Posting to client accountsCheck processing for vendor/client paymentsAssist business manager with month-end tasks such as (but not limited to) billing, documentation backup/filing, and reviewAssist business manager with monthly company-wide payroll reimbursementsAssist employees with timekeeping edits in billing systemAssist accounting department with the scanning amp; filing of invoices and other operational documentsAssist AP manager with payables, as needed
