And it’s why we’re the UK’s No. 1 choice for business waste management.Help us make a difference as a Process, Quality and Information Administrator working in our Municipal division.The Process, Quality and Information Administrator will collate, analyse and produce reports to measure the contract’s performance against Local Performance Indicators (LPIs) and propose solutions for performance improvements.Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports using data from Whitespace Dashboard and other systems.This is an office based role.Why it’s an opportunity not to be wasted.To assist in the production of daily, weekly and monthly management information to enable Biffa to meet its contractual requirements by identifying poor performance and improving the efficient use of resourcesTo assist in the production of monthly management information for the Client including details of new initiatives that may be trialled within the local communityTo collate and analyse recycling and residual tonnage data with a view to increasing recycling and participation across the city and at ward and household levelsTo maintain a record of stock usage together with a forecast of future requirements that will form the basis of new purchase orders for stock itemsTo maintain a register of faults identified on vehicle CCTV systemsTo administer the process for addressing and resolving recycling/ residual/ street cleansing enquiries/complaints from the public Ensuring that the specified SLA time limits are metA chance to join a forward-thinking, industry leader that openly welcomes self-driven individuals who are unafraid to question conventionHere’s what we require: Waste management or Service industry background (desirable) Proven track record of working to clearly defined service delivery KPI’sProven track record of delivering continuous improvement within an operational / service environmentExperience of producing and analysing reports using Microsoft Office SuiteReports are generally prepared in Excel and the applicants must be able to use Pivot tables and formulas in ExcelKnowledge and understanding of the requirements of working within a time critical service environment and meeting deadlines IT literate comfortable using business software and systems and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to influence and persuade peopleInterpersonal skills /assertivenessExcellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlinesOrganised with the ability to simplify complex issuesAnalytical with the ability to measure amp; monitor data and take appropriate corrective actionAble to able to communicate at all levels, both in verbal amp; written formMinimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, however A-Levels or a Degree certainly won’t do any harmAnd here’s why you’ll love it at Biffa.Competitive salaryOngoing career development, training and coaching because if you don’t grow, we don’t growGenerous pension schemeMedical and dental schemeRetail and leisure discountsHoliday and travel discountsBike to work schemeCorporate uniform provided
