About The RoleThe Community Manager will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience to hundreds of members and visitors, and driving a smooth-running operation for Common Ground at Taylor’s Lakeside. You'll provide exceptional support to the organisation by operating the facility and managing communication with stakeholders including the landlord of the property (TEGA). Success will mean utilising tools and resources provided to hit the ground running, lead your location to high occupancy, and support the growth of your team members.This role reports to the Area Manager while working closely with the Country Manager. This role will be based on-site in Selangor, Malaysia. The Community Manager is expected to frequently communicate with the representatives of the property landlord (TEGA), the key stakeholders of the Common Ground Taylor’s Lakeside business.Teamwork is crucial and everyone swarms together to tackle a problem with the same goal that everyone can contribute to come to a solution and your role will be involved in decision making processes. You will be working closely alongside each department as well as taking lead into managing your own dynamic team to deliver outstanding member’s experience. This role is for those who seek ownership, love challenges, a team player and for those who have high leadership skills.JOB PURPOSEThe Community Manager (CM) is the captain of the team and the owner of the venue. They illustrate the Company’s core values and strive to achieve our mission. Goals and Objectives Creation of a collaborative environment amongst members through events and personal introductions. Target to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy by achieving sales goals and managing churn. Ensuring that the venue is fully operational and that processes are running smoothly. Drive growth and promotion of the Company’s service offerings. Maintenance of company standards and expectations. Management of venue KPI’s Oversee all daily operations of your location (front desk services, event planning, social media marketing of the space, basic finance handling, etc).Create and oversee a well-connected community through internal and external events, networking and a personable attitude.Manage finance-related tasks, such as invoices, purchases, bills, and petty cash.Oversee and compile all weekly and month end reports accurately and timely for submission.Communicate with the property landlord (TEGA) and collaborate with CG headquarter departments to accomplish objectives in all aspects of the business.Train, guide and support current and new team members.
