In business for more than 20-years, IST continues to grow while maintaining a strong culture of teamwork.IST is searching for a motivated, self-starter, full-time team member to be in a Proposal and Sales Coordinator role with the flexibility to work remotely.Job Description:Proposal CoordinationSupports the proposal writing/development process, including but not limited to.· Arranging/scheduling kick-off meetings and proposal reviews.· Initial RFP shred. Reviewing RFP content for potential obstacles. Creating a compliance matrix for proposals.· Developing the proposal outline (doc. or xls. amp; Corresponding folder structure on the S: Drive).· Assigning/delegating proposal sections to individuals in various departments.· Responsible for section submissions (final proposal review, formatting, printing amp; delivery).· Keeping/maintaining a digital library of proposal resources including past performances, licenses, certificates, resumes, proposal templates, company overview information etc.Sales CoordinationSupports the Sales Team by performing administrative functions including but not limited to;· Managing the job booking process for the sales team· Pipedrive administrator collect and analyze forecasting/trend reports for company leadership.· Manages COI and W-9 requests.· Completing new/update vendor forms.· Reviewing contracts/subcontracts for potentials scheduling issues, insurance requirements, safety requirements etc. before execution.· Composing sales meeting agenda and recording meeting minutes· Providing general assistance to the Sales Team as requested.Requirements1-3 years of experience selling with proposal coordination.1-3 years of experience with sales and administration.Prior experience with physical security a plus.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint.Enthusiastic and passionate, strong desire to learn and earn.
