We invest in our people first and foremost, so that we can create a culture of excellence, recognition and ethics that is above all fun to be a part of.We are currently recruiting for a Head of Group Financial Reporting amp; Accounting to join our Finance Team based in Athens.The Head of Group Financial Reporting amp; Accounting will be leading the IFRS reporting and consolidation of the group (gt;10 entities, 5 countries, and growing), setting-up and supervising Group-wide policies, processes and systems in the accounting, controls and financial reporting areas, while managing the accounting operations of Group’s Holding entities.The Head of Group Financial Reporting amp; Accounting reports directly to the CFO.Your Key Responsibilities will be to:Prepare timely monthly (pro-forma) and annual (audited) financial reportsLead the annual financial reporting, consolidation and audit processManage accounting/ compliance operations of Group’s Holding entities in cooperation with external tax accountantsResearch technical accounting issues for compliance with IFRS and statuteCoordinate and provide guidance to local accounting teams (Greece, Poland, Romania and expanding) for (monthly and annual) IFRS and Consolidation effortsAssess reporting risks at local and Group level from a compliance perspective and propose mitigating actions.Develop and document accounting policies and business processes with the support of the BPM team to maintain and strengthen internal controls for all countries in which the company operatesSupport the enhancement of our ERP use in terms of efficiency and control Establish audit processes and relationships with external auditors
