ROLE: The Digital Growth Director is a new role for MATCHESFASHION and the successful candidate will be at the heart of the value creation agenda of the business, with responsibility for driving profitable growth in traffic and customers across digital touch points. This is a truly international role as we operate across EMEA, North America and APAC, and covers the full breadth of digital channels. As such the role offers an exceptional candidate an exciting and broad-based opportunity in a high-profile - and global - digital business.More specifically the remit includes all paid channels (PPC, Affiliates, Display advertising, Paid Social), including the allocation of our significant paid marketing budget, organic channels (SEO, CRM e-mail, push amp; SMS) as well as the MATCHESFASHION loyalty programme. The Digital Growth Director will have significant freedom to set both strategy and operations across their channels and will also work closely with our Brand amp; Content and Buying teams to ensure seamless operation across the product and marketing areas of the business. The role will be reporting into the Chief Product amp; Technology Officer and will be part of the Operating Board of MATCHESFASHION.ABOUT YOUA leader in your field with significant experience in a global ecommerce business.Experience growing top line revenue and profitability across all growth channels.Deep experience of both strategy and operations: Can set an exciting and transformational multi-year direction, and then lead a team to deliver that in an effective, efficient, and purposeful way.A customer-focused leader, with the ability to deliver a truly excellent digital experience across channels, for some of the most exacting customers in the world.Marketing planning amp; budget management experience, including in a complex and fast-moving environment.Fashion expertise and passion for the product helpful but not necessary.A hands-on approach as comfortable double-clicking into front-line detail as debating in the boardroom.A skilled influencer and a strong communicator ability to simplify and communicate complex topics for multiple audiences, including the board and other external parties.Strong relationship builder, particularly with 3rd parties and partners; you have your ‘finger on the pulse’ of industry developments in your area.
