You will be engaging with a portfolio of hundreds of consultants and focus on providing high-class service to all customers, leading to a consistent improvement in the Customer Happiness Score and contributing to the continued growth of the company.You’ll Be Responsible ForThe health of your own portfolio of customersResponding to and resolving success related inbound queries from your portfolio of accountsProactive outreach to help our customer maximise the benefit of their Doctify subscription through structured campaigns, to drive product adoption and health score indicatorsUsing data to identify and monitor customer health scores and identify risk clientsManaging cancellation requests from your portfolio of customers and follow the defined processes in order to retain them as paying customers and reducing churn
