You will be responsible for efficiently engaging and acquiring new clients at scale.You will have a passion for understanding business owners, and an ability to creatively articulate the problems that keep them up at night. You will be skilled in translating these deep client insights into attractive solutions, compelling calls to action, and ultimately stunning business results. You should have excellent customer relationships and communications skills, have a flair for marketing, and love to problem-solve and think on your feet. Additionally, you should be committed to exceeding customer acquisition and NPS targets, within a firm that cares deeply about creating client happiness. But more than anything, you will be an enthusiastic team player, excited about the role you can play in growing Sleek’s Fintech offerings to be trusted and well-loved solutions for entrepreneurs and business owners in Singapore and beyond. Position DutiesGrow base of Sleek business accounts and increase their usageOwn process documents, operational procedures and knowledge bases, keeping them up to date and go-to resource.Partner with internal teams to deliver excellent end to end customer service, from onboarding to maintenance to issues resolution.Drive a customer centric approach in defining requirements with product and technology teams, go-to-market strategies with marketing teams and processes with customer support teams.Build and manage relationships with partners related to the business account.Keep track of market developments and be an active participant in the Fintech ecosystem, driving Sleek’s Fintech solution to be fit for purpose and best in class.Hire, train and manage a Fintech team.
