You’ll be enthusiastic about business a simple, accessible and useful experience.As part of the Product Business function, you’ll work in a team that fosters a positive and inclusive culture that values everyone's contribution with a Better together mindset.RequirementsAbout you:You have experience in research operations or research recruitingExperience in both qualitative as well as quantitative studiesExcellent knowledge of user research methodologies and user research toolsYou have worked directly in an Agile environment with a cross functional teamAble to demonstrable knowledge, experience and passion for user centred design practices for digital productYou are a self-starter who has great time management skills and can work through ambiguity and autonomously complete a task from start to finish with minimal oversightYou have excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills. Comfortable presenting and standing up for your ideas and insights in front of diverse audiences and senior stakeholderInterested in challenging the status quo, experimenting with new and innovative ways to serve the consumerA firm understanding that UX Research can be used to guide the creation of new products and features as well as validate themComfortable working hand in glove with Product to build out a well-rounded understanding of the consumer baseExperience producing clear insights from complex user research.
