Position Summary:The Professional Development Specialist is responsible for assisting with establishment and development of training materials for all KCH new hires and trainees as well as assisting in the ongoing training process of current employees.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Help create and manage content for internal LMS· Assist in the development of classroom training and topics· Deliver on-demand trainings as needed· Help facilitate weekly new hire training· Collaborate with all departments to make job-specific training· Collaborate with all departments to keep up with industry and company changes· Assist with developing and communicating a substantive professional development curriculum.
