The Owner Care Specialist is responsible for answering all inbound calls from owners. This position deescalates concerns from our owners, answers ownership questions, and books reservations. This position is also responsible for ensuring accurate points deductions for reservations and relaying any escalated concerns to the Owner Relations Manager and/or Sales Managers.Starting at $14/hour with potential raise after 60 days! Hours: 10 am - 6 pmResponsibilitiesReceive and respond to incoming calls and emails from owners in a timely manner.Assist owners with completing reservations and processing transactions.Maintain a thorough knowledge of Lifetime Destinations resorts and products.Process point deductions from owner's accounts.
