Assistant to President and Governing Board Liaison Jobs in Bronx, United States


Provides direct assistance to the President/Chief Executive Officer in the daily functions of his/her office. Assists with special projects as designated by the President/Chief Executive Officer. Acts as liaison with Hospital Board of Directors. Provides management/coordination of the daily functions of the Central Administrative Offices and Administrative Professional staff.Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 10 years Senior Office Management experience with at least 5 years’ experience supporting C-level Executive required.2. Mastery of office skills, including stenography, typing and transcription.3. High level of competency with computer peripherals and computer software such as Microsoft Office, WordPerfect Office, Excel, Vizio and other process access programs. Must have experience in creating and manipulating pivot tables.4. Ability to maintain confidentiality.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6. Must promote professionalism through interaction and comportment.7. Ability to exhibit attributes of servant leadership style8. Ability to coordinate, delegate and supervise workload in the Central Administrative Office.9. Cooperative, flexible10. 10Substantial involvement in external professional organizations.11.
