As our Data Analyst - Customer Experience, you will require customers' excellent analytics abilities and strong business acumen. As a Data Analyst in the customer strategy amp; analytics team, you will be using data to influence internal and external stakeholders to make key strategic business decisions. You will be part of customer strategy and analytics that support the continuous cycle of listening, interpreting, driving action, and monitoring customer feedback.We are seeking to create, driven, and details oriented individuals who enjoy tackling the tough problem with data and insights. We are looking for someone with a strong analytics amp; technical background who can deliver results with limited supervision. The person must have the experience to maintain the report and dashboard, gather the requirements, and create the desired data output for insights.Responsibilities:Experience building business models and analysing data in Excel/Google Sheets. (Proficiency in SQL is also preferred)A strong writer and presenter who’s equally at home writing a brief or creating a slide deck.Analyse, interpret, cleanse and process data to throw insights for designing various business initiatives and evaluating their effectiveness. This should significantly contribute towards the effective utilization of management bandwidth thereby resulting in swift and robust decision-making.Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.Support the production of quality reports by developing reporting processes and identifying the areas where value can be addedIdentify the facts in data and understand and manage a range of analytical and modeling projects from inception to deliveryOwn end-to-end data insights generation for the management team.Communicate complex data in comprehensible waysIdentify new data sources and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reportingInteract with internal teams to resolve issues with process inputs/systemsIdentify and implement key operational, financial, and historical measurements to use in active day-to-day managementRespond to ad hoc requests from the stakeholders relating to the various deliverables
