Supporting the Head of People and Head of Talent, you will be part of a flexible team that supports the business on people life cycle activities related to learning and talent. You will also guide and answer general HR related queries and have the ability to be a trusted and reliable partner to the business. #li-hybridRequirementsYOU ARE LIKELY TO HAVEExcellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, being able to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and partner organisationsStrong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlinesAbility to perform LinkedIn searches and speak to candidates about prospective rolesPrior experience using an Application Tracking System or other HR related systems
