Reporting to the Help Desk Manager, the Help Desk Analyst will provide support, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesContribute to the success of a fast-growing, multidisciplinary teamServe as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, e-mail, or chatNew workstation setupAssist and resolve ticket requests with a client’s desktop, laptop, MDM device, and e-mail systemWrite, edit, and revise training manuals for new and updated software and hardwareProvide technical assistance for questions and problemsResolve problems with networks and other computer systemsDiagnose system errors and other issuesFollow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issuesRunning reports to analyze common complaints and problemsInstalling or changing software to fix issuesRemotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problemsIdentify and suggest possible improvements in proceduresCollaborate with other teams as neededAssume accountability for tasks assigned
