Like every year, a lot of films are ready to hit the screens in 2018. So, know where to put your money.
Here’s a list of must-see Bollywood films this year:
On January 26, it’s Akshay Kumar, and no one else. Put your money on this heart-warming saga of Arunachalam Muruganantham, if you want to see the man who manufactured economical sanitary napkins even at the risk of being belittled.
The ever-enterprising actor is another man-of-the-masses who never shies away from seeming less than heroic, because he knows that the true hero is the one who dares to venture into the unknown even at the risk of stumbling and falling.
PadMan is directed R. Balki who courts the quirky with compelling credibility.
In Shamitabh, it was the Big B giving voice to mute star Dhanush. In Ki & Ka, a working wife gets herself a happy house-husband. In PadMan, gender-sensitisation reaches the cyclic level. Yes, it’s that time of the month.

Hichki which is the official remake of a little-known American film Front Of The Class is kind of an inspirational story we all need in our lives. The release date for the movie is February 23.
Rani Mukerji is doing the role of a teacher with a neurological disability. The character is based on a woman who turns her biggest weakness into her biggest strength.
3. Sanjay dutt’s biopic
Sanju is an upcoming Indian biographical drama film which is said to release on March 30. Ranbir Kapoor is playing the actor Sanjay Dutt in the film directed by Raj Kumar Hirani.
Nonetheless, this one is based on the controversial life of the actor, which is of interest for us to know what mistakes one can make in the journey of life. It’s about his film career, jail sentence and personal life.
4. Veere Di Wedding
The upcoming Indian female buddy film navigated by Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor is enough reason to spend your money on.

Twitteratis are comparing SRK to Game of Thrones’ character Tyrion Lannister
Aanand L Rai gets together with Shah Rukh Khan for a comedy film drama written by Himanshu Sharma, scheduled to release on December 21. It features Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles.
The movie is a game changer which shows SRK in his dwarf avatar as he grooves to old bollywood songs and behaves in an detestable manner. It looks like the actor will play the role of a dwarf that people would love to hate.
It marks the first collaboration between king Khan and the miss world and the other collaboration of Khan with Sharma after their movie Jab Harry Met Sejal.

And of course last, but not the least Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati, scheduled for December 1. It’s the story of honour, valour and obsession.
Queen Padmavati is the wife of Maha Rawal Ratan Singh and is known for her exceptional beauty along with a strong sense of justice.
Actor Shatrughan Sinha endorses opposition to ‘Padmavati’
The film features Deepika Padukone in the title role as Rani Padmavati, alongside Shahid Kapoor as Maharawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer Singh as Sultan Alauddin Khilji.
Set in medieval Rajasthan, Queen Padmavati is married to a noble king and they live in a prosperous fortress with their subjects until an ambitious Sultan hears of Padmavati’s beauty and forms an obsessive love for the Queen of Mewar. It’s one of the most expensive Indian films made.
