PTI-PAT protest

KARACHI: In a fashion similar to the 2014 protests, once again the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has assured the Pakistan Awami Tehreek of its support for the latter’s protest drive against the PML-N government seeking resignation of the Punjab chief minister and the provincial law minister. The PTI chairman, Imran Khan, eager to jump on the protests bandwagon, has told his party workers to be prepared for the protests. While the two parties have planned protests in a bid to overthrow the government, the PPP co-chairman, Asif Ali Zardari, has expressed his disapproval of any movement targeted at the removal of the government.
