Action taken against profiteers and encroachers


PESHAWAR: District Administration during crackdown against profiteers and encroachers arrested 22 shopkeepers.

The officials said on Saturday that on the directives of Deputy Commissioner Islam Zeb, Additional Commissioner Javed Anwar Kamal and Assistant Commissioner Tariq Hussain action was taken against shop keepers on Charsadda road and Saddar area and arrested 22 shopkeepers violating the government price list and encroachment.

They said that strict action would be taken against those who violate the government rules and regulations of government.
