Blessing in disguise

KARACHI: With the start of the monsoon season, clogged drains, power breakdowns and road accidents make one shed the thought of enjoying the weather. There’s no doubt that if Karachi was to receive sporadic yet heavy downpours like Punjab or other regions of the country, the picture from Karachi would be worst from across the country.

Maybe, little of drizzle too is a blessing in disguise for Karachiites who are otherwise left to fend for themselves in such situations.
