Best Twitter reactions to the diverse lineup of 'Coke Studio Season 11'

Coke Studio season 11 marked a strong return with its opening track: a rendition of Faiz Ahmed Faiz’s poem, Hum Dekhenge. The song – well, more of a ballad – revealed over 70 artists  from various parts, culture, religions of Pakistan.

7 reasons we are looking forward to ‘Coke Studio Season 11’

While Coke Studio season 10 failed to impress, this year’s artists lineup definitely impressed us. With a whole list of firsts, this season features two trans women, Pakistani-American EDM duo Krewella, some underground bands and whatnot.

Twitterati had a lot to say about the artistsreveal and we’ve handpicked ones we found best!

Strong, diverse representation from across the country.

Coke Studio Season 11 looks promising!! Diversity at its best- emerging bands and singers and not the same old faces singing songs over and over again. But this Season is special for a reason as it is going to bring Transgenders to our screens. Simply Wow! #CokeStudio11
