Leaders vow to eliminate discrimination


QUETTA  : Provincial ministers, religious scholars and people from all walks of life have unanimously vowed to eliminate ethnic and religious discrimination from the society.

This was highlighted during the Paigham-e- Pakistan conference on Friday that was chaired by Balochistan Governor Amanullah Yasinzai at Governor House in Quetta. The participants expressed their determination to ‘make Pakistan greater’.

It was highlighted that the militants while taking advantage of people’s weakness tried to spread violence in the country on the grounds of ethnic and religious discrimination. It was stressed that the identity should only be Muslim and Pakistani.

Doubts about western route ‘proved right’

He urged the youth to play their role in alleviating discrimination of every kind. “We have to unite our nation on a single platform.”

The governor stressed the need for spreading the message of nationhood in every corner of Pakistan.
