Trump likely to announce replacement for Mattis


WASHINGTON DC: US President Donald Trump is expected to announce that Deputy Secretary of Defense Patrick Shanahan will take over from Jim Mattis as acting secretary of defence as of January, a senior US administration official told Reuters.
