Latif Khosa said, “Why are there separate laws for NAB and Dr Asim?”

Justice Gulzar Ahmed said no one had any significance before the court.

The court dismissed the request to provide the CCP’s report, observing if the same was submitted by NAB, Dr Asim would be entitled to get a copy.

NAB filed a reference against Dr Asim in connection with Rs462 billion corruption in the import of fertiliser from other countries. The CCP had held inquiry into import of fertiliser from other countries during the PPP regime in December 2012.
